Flexible Systems is the largest MSP in Long Island, NY.   We operate out of our company-owned 40,000-square-foot facility located in Hauppauge, New York.    We help small & mid-size businesses with their information technology needs. We are looking for an IT Help Desk to join the largest managed services provider (MSP) on Long Island. At Flexible Systems, we strive to add value to our clients by sharing our knowledge of technology. You will be working on a team that is responsible for helping our clients identify, implement and maintain the technology they use to run their businesses.

What you’ll do: 
  • Help our clients implement new technology 
  • Help to maintain and support our client’s technology
  • Provide advice and support to our clients and your teammates 
What you should have: 
  • 2-3 years of IT experience 
  • Experience with workstation and server hardware 
  • Experience with operating systems 
  • Experience with business applications 
  • Experience with networking 
  • A polite, friendly demeanor 
  • A passion for helping others by sharing your knowledge of technology
