What you will do:
- Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals
- Installation and Upgrades: Install, configure, and upgrade hardware components, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks to prevent hardware failures and extend equipment lifespan
- Repair and Replacement: Repair or replace damaged components, such as motherboards, RAM, hard drives, and power supplies
- Interact with Clients: Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of technical issues and solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex problems and share knowledge
You will Bring these Qualifications
- Technical Support Experience: 1-3 Years (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree: (Preferred)
- Experience working with HP Devices (Preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Understanding of computer systems and networks
- Knowledge of security and data privacy principles
